Property Film and Aerial video
Captura films period homes, country houses and farms across Bath, Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire. Films are usually shot on the same visit as the photography, with aerial video where the property suits it and a vertical cut for social, and are delivered in around five working days.
What a property film includes
Film comes with the Signature and Prestige packages, or can be booked on its own. Mike Norris shoots, edits and grades every film. Films are usually shot on the same visit as the photography. Aerial video is flown by a CAA-licensed, insured pilot where the property suits it and airspace allows. The main film is delivered via Vimeo, ready for Rightmove and your website, with a vertical cut for Instagram alongside it.
Townhouses, country houses and farms
No two films follow the same sequence. On Sion Hill, the film opens above the city and moves through the sash windows, the marble fireplaces and the library. At Batheaston House, it starts on the aerial over clipped yew and topiary before going inside. For a farm like Parkhill, the land, the approach and the outbuildings get most of the screen time, because for a farm sale the land is the listing.
