A Contemporary House in the Old Priory Grounds

The house sits among mature trees inside the old stone walls of the Priory grounds. At the front, gravel paths run between rose beds, and behind the house the terraces climb through the woodland to a garden studio.

Colour, Timber and Glass

Inside, a vaulted entrance hall in yellow opens onto the garden through full-height glazing. Full-width bi-fold doors open the living and dining space onto the terrace, and a curved red wall wraps the dining area, with teal chairs set against timber floors and joinery, much of it made in Portugal.
